Buy a watch face with the 1+1 gift icon (Inspire and ECOWatch faces). Then open the BOGO page, choose the brand, the face you bought and your free reward from that brand’s list, add a screenshot of your purchase and your email. We check it and send your free face by email, usually within 48 hours. One reward per watch face you buy — a bundle gets one reward for the whole bundle. We only show rewards that work on your watch.

Open the Connect IQ Store app on your phone, search for the watch face name and tap Install. Keep your watch connected to your phone. To change colors or data fields: Connect IQ app → My Device → the watch face → Settings.

Faces marked “Try” have a free trial, so you can test them on your wrist first. When the trial ends, the watch shows a 6-digit code — enter it at kzl.io/code to unlock the face. Don’t want to wait? In the watch face settings turn on “Unlock now” and the code appears within about 5 minutes. Got a code from us (for example a BOGO reward)? Enter it at checkout and the price drops to 0.

Choose your watch on the home page (“Which Garmin do you wear?”) and the site shows only faces that fit it. The Connect IQ Store also lists all compatible watches for each face.

You collect points by playing: Guess the watch face (up to 20 a day), Find your favourite (10), the monthly quiz (5 per right answer), duels and votes (5), and Beta Lab (2 per vote, 10 for feedback). Your level grows with your points. See Play → How it works for details.

In Beta Lab you help shape new watch faces before release: vote on designs, test new faces (often free for a short time), report bugs and share ideas. Every vote and comment earns points.

Looks are short videos or photos of our watch faces on real wrists. Tap “+ Add Look”, pick the watch face, choose a video or photo and share it — it appears right away. Double tap a Look you like to save it to Favorites.

Android: open the site in Chrome, tap the menu ⋮ → Install app (or Add to home screen). iPhone: open the site in Safari, tap Share → Add to Home Screen. Huawei: in Huawei Browser tap the menu → Add to home screen. Then open Face Hub from your home screen — you get +50 points. All steps with pictures: Menu → Install the app.

Tap “Notify me” or turn on Notifications in Me. You can turn them off anytime with the bell at the top. On iPhone, first tap Share → Add to Home Screen, open Garmin Face Hub from your home screen and turn notifications on there.

Purchases through Garmin are managed in your Garmin account. For anything else about a payment, unlock code or your order, send us a message with the email you used for the purchase and we will help you.
