Delete my data

You can ask us to delete your Garmin Face Hub data at any time — from the website or the Android app.

How to request deletion

1. Write to hello@garminfacehub.com or use our contact form with the subject “Delete my data”.
2. Send it from the email address you used to save your progress, claim a reward or send a BOGO request, so we can find your data.
3. We delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we delete

• Your saved progress (email, points, levels, badges, favourites and game history)
• BOGO requests and purchase screenshots, Face of the Month claims
• Newsletter subscription and messages you sent us
• Comments and Looks you added (on request)

What we may keep

• Reward codes already sent and basic records we must keep by law (for example for accounting), for as long as the law requires.
• Anonymous statistics that do not identify you.

Data stored only in your browser or app (points without saved progress, favourites) can be removed by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app.
